What is Gethu?
Lets first discuss what GeTHu means (because most of you won’t know as this used to be a closely guarded secret known only to few of the Tamil-Speaking population of India)
Madras Tamil is a type of mixed language used in Chennai. Its a varied version of Tamil which includes other languages(with Influences of English, Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam) and is common to people only in Chennai. It is one of the words that is used very often. Gethu – it means superb, awesome, kickass, super, better than normal…!
What is GeTHu Blog all about?
GeTHu Blog is a Blog which is Superb and Awesome as you would find out! Started by people bored to sit in front of the computer and wanted to do something to kill time. And hence this blog was born. To keep ourselves busy whenever we felt like kicking ourselves.
What can you expect in this blog?
You can expect enough stuff to keep yourselves busy, whenever you feel bored.
You can expect a variety of stuff which WE feel are ‘GeTHu’. You can also expect posts about stuff which we feel are ‘VeTHu’, which is the opposite of the word GeThu, generally meaning ‘useless’.
